Overview

The Federal Senior Sales Executive will lead sales efforts within the federal market, focusing on driving new business growth and expanding existing relationships for CloudBees' CI/CD and software delivery automation solutions.

In Short

  • Manage and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within federal agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in federal agencies.
  • Communicate the value of CloudBees' solutions to federal customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful client engagement.
  • Stay informed about federal procurement and technology adoption.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience within Civilian Agencies.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and software development lifecycle.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Established network within Civilian Agencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with federal contract vehicles and security requirements is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or technical certifications are a plus.
