Overview

ClickHouse is actively seeking a Partner Development Manager AMER. In this role you will play a pivotal role in building and managing our AMER channel across system integrators, resellers, MSPs and OEMs and drive co-sell with the hyperscalers.

In Short

  • Execution of day-to-day co-sell between ClickHouse and partner field sellers.
  • Recruit, enable and manage resellers, system integrators (regional and global), OEM and MSP partners.
  • Ensure that any strategic cloud partner incentives are positioned accurately and used appropriately.
  • Proactively engage with partner regional sales reps and partner regional sales leadership.
  • Leverage regional-specific demand generation/pipeline building activities in coordination with the ClickHouse Sales team to drive net new pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets for marketplace and co-sell influenced revenue.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Cloud partners processes, programs and co-sell success.
  • Ability to get multi people from multiple teams on board to support projects.
  • Experience across sales, marketing and channel preferable with management experience.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external executives.
  • Data driven in understanding the state of the business and support decision making.
  • A network across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
