The Senior Agency Recruiter will own high-impact, end-to-end searches for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI platform, acting as a strategic recruiting partner for clients and shaping modern recruiting practices.

Requirements

• Comfort with ATS and AI tools.
• Sharp judgment on candidate fit.
• High ownership and reliability.
