Clera is rethinking how top talent finds their next opportunity, working with leading startups in AI. We are looking for a Founding Recruiter to help scale U.S. searches.

In Short

• Own high-impact, end-to-end searches for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI platform.
• Review AI-generated matches and identify the strongest talent.
• Interview and qualify candidates, presenting high-signal shortlists to hiring managers.
• Join client calls, clarify role requirements, and provide strategic hiring guidance.
• Act as a partner to clients, challenging unclear expectations.
• Own candidate pipelines end-to-end, ensuring fast movement through stages.
• Provide structured feedback to improve matching logic and workflows.
• Keep candidate notes and documentation accurate and reliable.
• Prioritize multiple searches and drive them to successful hires.

Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting for U.S. clients or roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (startup or agency).
• Strong client-facing presence and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST).
• Comfort with tools, ATS, and AI-driven workflows.
• Sharp judgment on skills and culture fit.
• High ownership and reliability.
