We’re looking for a Senior Agency Recruiter to help us scale our U.S. searches, combining your recruiting expertise with a next-generation AI workflow.

In Short

• Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI-powered platform.
• Review AI-generated matches and identify the strongest talent.
• Interview and qualify candidates, presenting high-signal shortlists to hiring managers.
• Join client calls and provide strategic hiring guidance.
• Act as a true partner to clients, managing expectations effectively.
• Own candidate pipelines end-to-end, ensuring fast movement through stages.
• Provide feedback to improve matching logic and workflows.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and process documentation.
• Prioritize multiple searches to drive successful hires.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (startup or high-velocity agency).
• Strong client-facing presence with clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST).
• High comfort with tools, ATS, and AI-driven workflows.
• Sharp judgment on skills, experience, and culture fit.
• High ownership and ability to work independently.
