Overview

As a Senior Recruiter at Clera, you'll partner with the founding and engineering team to leverage AI in modern recruiting, managing end-to-end searches for U.S.-based roles.

In Short

• Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI-powered platform.
• Review AI-generated matches and identify the strongest talent.
• Interview and qualify candidates, presenting high-signal shortlists.
• Join client calls to clarify role requirements and provide strategic guidance.
• Act as a partner to clients, challenging unrealistic expectations.
• Own candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth movement through stages.
• Provide feedback to improve matching logic and workflows.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and process documentation.
• Prioritize multiple searches and drive them to successful hires.

Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (startup or agency).
• Strong client-facing presence and communication skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST).
• High comfort with tools, ATS, and AI-driven workflows.
• Sharp judgment on skills, experience, and culture fit.
• High ownership and reliability.
