Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to hire technical and GTM roles.
• Experience building early-stage recruiting systems.
• Strong sourcing abilities and storytelling skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized and metrics-oriented.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Deep empathy for candidates.
• Bonus: experience with ATS systems and Web3 companies.
