Overview

As the Founding Customer Success Manager at Allium, you will own and scale our post-sales customer experience, ensuring customers maximize their success with Allium's blockchain data infrastructure.

In Short

  • Own onboarding, product adoption, training, renewals, advocacy programs, and expansion across your accounts.
  • Design and implement scalable Customer Success strategies.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive upsells and cross-sells.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
  • Build a comprehensive health scoring system to monitor customer engagement.
  • Create frameworks and customer education programs.
  • Turn successful customers into advocates through case studies and references.
  • Contribute to the early hiring and mentoring of the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Deep experience in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure-as-a-service products.
  • Track record of developing and executing Customer Success strategies.
  • Strong operational skills in building success metrics and account plans.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts and high-velocity digital-first users.
  • Deep understanding of customer health modeling and risk mitigation.
  • Success in early-stage environments with a balance of structure-building and account management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills at both technical and executive levels.
