  • Bonus points for experience in Customer Support or Community Management.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Success or Community Management.
  • Experience with SMBs, preferably businesses with less than 25 employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience building upsell and cross-sell playbooks.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Looker and MixPanel.
  • Experience working in Intercom and HubSpot.
  • Self-motivated with a deep desire to win.
  • Curiosity about various topics.
