Overview

SmarterSwipe is launching a new business unit called Smarter EMR—a cutting-edge EMR system designed specifically for Medspas. We’re seeking a Head of Customer Success who will lead our customer engagement from the beta rollout through full-scale launch and ongoing operations. This role isn’t just about supporting our initial beta; it’s about building scalable support processes that evolve as we grow.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for beta customers.
  • Manage and enhance support processes as the platform scales.
  • Develop and document comprehensive support procedures.
  • Create training videos and help documents for customers and new hires.
  • Collect feedback from Medspa professionals to improve the product.
  • Build and manage a high-performing customer success team.

Requirements

  • Current or previous experience in a Medspa environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to build processes from the ground up.
