• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Comfortable in startup environments and thrive amid ambiguity.
• Clear communication skills, making every candidate feel valued.
• Well-connected and respected in the recruiting community.
• Deep care for quality, processes, and candidate experience.
• Excited to work flexibly in a fully remote setup.
