In Short

  • Develop Clearco’s GTM Enablement Strategy by designing a strategic framework to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify enablement gaps and create impactful solutions.
  • Manage and optimize enablement technology and evaluate tools for growth.
  • Drive adoption and success of enablement tools to ensure they add value.
  • Enhance sales processes and programs to streamline operations.
  • Measure program impact and build frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Onboard and train Business Development Reps and Account Executives effectively.
  • Deliver world-class training programs covering essential tools for customer-facing teams.
  • Adapt enablement programs in alignment with business evolution.
  • Set standards for success to meet key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales enablement, ideally in fintech or large sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to work across functions and lead initiatives without formal authority.
  • Effective communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience building a sales enablement function from the ground up is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement tools, preferably Salesforce.
