As a Business Development Representative at Clearco, you will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities for our revenue team while contributing to the long-term success of entrepreneurs through our innovative funding solutions.

  • Drive net-new pipeline through strategic prospecting and outbound activities
  • Research and identify decision-makers using multiple channels
  • Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Engage directly with C-suite and senior executives
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets
  • Qualify prospects and handoff to Account Executives
  • Stay current on eCommerce industry trends
  • Track and analyze outreach performance metrics

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of BDR experience, bonus for financial services experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing/Selling approaches
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed
