Senior Technical Sourcer - Product & Engineering (Contract) - Remote

We are now beginning to use this network to give kids the best learning experiences in the world, far beyond those a standard school can provide.

In Short

• You will partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• You will proactively source for both technical and non-technical roles, primarily starting with our engineering and product organizations.
• You will own and execute on creative outreach strategies that reflect our culture and values.
• You will develop and execute on sourcing strategies to engage with high caliber talent.
• You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly.
• You will provide a high touch candidate experience from source to close.
• You will ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems.
• You will collaborate with the broader Talent and People team to improve processes, enhance our candidate experience, and scale our hiring with quality.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth environment.
• Are a trusted partner to hiring managers—skilled at aligning talent strategy with business goals.
• Thrive on uncovering hard-to-find talent and building diverse pipelines.
• You take a data driven approach in all aspects of the recruiting funnel.
• You believe in talent density – that each and every hire you bring in makes a company stronger and upleveled.

• You can source passive top talent no matter how hard the market.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have the ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one the fastest growing departments in the company.
