Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at ClassDojo, you will play a pivotal role in growing ClassDojo’s adoption within pre-K and elementary schools in the US, leveraging your expertise to build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers in Districts.

In Short

  • Build and manage the District sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Design and own all sales touch-points to drive ClassDojo’s adoption among Districts.
  • Use market research to identify potential stakeholders and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, success/implementation, and legal teams.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Leverage strategic thinking to develop and execute account plans.

Requirements

  • 6+ years building sales pipelines and owning sales conversations.
  • 3+ years experience selling to District Leaders in the US.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets consistently.
  • Deep passion for K-12 education and curiosity about the industry.
  • Top-notch presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience thriving in cross-functional teams.
