As the Growth & Operations Lead at ClassDojo, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Dojo Tutor by leading complex, high-impact projects across Marketing and Operations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Ability to switch between strategy and execution.
• Resourceful and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: MBA and experience in marketplaces or edtech.
