In Short

  • Own end-to-end product marketing for ClassDojo Plus, focusing on audience insight, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help families understand the value of Plus through storytelling and execution across multiple channels.
  • Lead feature adoption campaigns that resonate with families.
  • Run experiments to refine product framing, packaging, pricing, and growth strategies.
  • Drive growth through lifecycle marketing and deepen adoption of premium features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on high-impact opportunities.
  • Work with urgency and clarity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product or consumer marketing, with 2+ years in subscription growth.
  • Experience in positioning and go-to-market strategy across customer segments.
  • Proven track record in driving growth with freemium or tiered pricing models.
  • Experience launching products that lead to significant conversion or revenue increases.
  • Ability to build high-performing campaigns across owned surfaces.
  • Collaboration experience with Product, Design, and Data teams.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and possess strong organizational skills.
