In Short

  • Provide proactive engagement for mid-size to large district partners.
  • Own long-term retention of district partnerships.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Lead the renewal process with a strategic approach.
  • Facilitate Executive Business Reviews and Outcome Reviews.
  • Build comprehensive, data-driven account plans.
  • Leverage adoption metrics and customer feedback.
  • Partner with Success and Implementation teams.
  • Travel required up to 20-30% of the time.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Partnership Management, Account Management, or Renewal management.
  • Experience expanding networks within organizations.
  • Proven experience in closing renewals and navigating procurement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Skilled in using data to inform account strategy.
  • Ability to take full ownership of a portfolio of ~30-40 accounts.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in edtech or working on products for kids or educators.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly.
