Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Claroty, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers, while embodying core values such as People First and Customer Obsession.

In Short

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects.
  • Qualify Leads: Understand needs and determine potential fit.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed targets and KPI requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or SaaS.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate resilience.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Ideal.
