In Short

  • Develop and implement a cohesive revenue operations strategy that supports business growth.
  • Drive consistency in forecasting processes and pipeline management.
  • Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align operational processes.
  • Partner with the systems team to develop scalable systems and tools.
  • Manage and optimize key processes including territory planning and lead management.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for process automation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Proven success in building and leading scalable Revenue Operations functions.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with related GTM tech stacks.
  • Ability to work with C-level executives and deliver strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
