Overview

The Solutions Engineer is a critical member of the sales team, serving as the primary technical expert throughout the sales cycle, partnering with Sales Directors to drive the adoption of Claroty solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as the go-to technical resource for the sales team and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer challenges related to OT/ICS cybersecurity.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to various audiences.
  • Plan and execute successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Architect and propose solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Respond to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
  • Stay current with trends in industrial control systems and cybersecurity.
  • Represent Claroty at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols and architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud environments is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is preferred.
