Senior Director of Technical Services, Americas - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Lead Technical service teams across the Americas.
• Serve as the regional executive point of contact for key customer escalations.
• Translate global strategy into actionable regional plans.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, and other functions.
• Identify regional trends and customer needs.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and excellence.
• Support talent development and performance management.
• Effectively manage regional budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology or cybersecurity.
• Strong familiarity with the customer lifecycle and service excellence best practices.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-country or regional teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on experience managing customer service or success teams.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and industrial/OT security concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
