Overview

The Technical Services Director will lead and grow a regional team of technical consultants responsible for achieving Hiring Success outcomes for customers in North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• 7-10 years of technical consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in architecting integrations to cloud and on-premise applications.
• Experience with ATS, HR technologies, and SaaS applications.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism in high-pressure situations.
