GTM Applications Administrator - Remote

Overview

The GTM Applications Administrator will support ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of all business applications used within the GTM teams including sales marketing and customer engagement.

• Administration of GTM applications such as CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce).
• Support the configuration and customization of applications.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support to end-users.
• Assist in maintaining a clear project timeline for application updates.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new users on GTM applications.
• Support data accuracy across applications and generate reports.
• Assist in testing new features and updates to GTM applications.
• Help maintain clear documentation on system configurations and workflows.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and customer success teams.
• Assist in managing communication between end users and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce.
• Experience in Change Management with working in Sandboxes.
• 3+ years of application development preferably within sales or marketing.
• Salesforce Certifications required.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile or project management methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
