Overview

As a Product Support Engineer at Claroty, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving technical issues for enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Customer Support.
  • Knowledge of Networking and Linux system administration.
  • Understanding of networking standards (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP).
  • Experience with networking tools like Wireshark.
  • Experience with SaaS-based products.
  • Great interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player with a passion for technology.
  • Experience with databases and virtualization is a plus.
  • OT and security experience are advantages.
