Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Claroty, you will own the customer’s happiness and lead the path to success with Claroty, ensuring the successful adoption of our products.

In Short

  • Own customer happiness and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Guide customers towards successful product adoption.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address challenges.
  • Orchestrate internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Build and nurture relationships across all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience in a B2B cyber/OT environment preferred.
  • Ability to travel (25%).
  • Full proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Previous consulting experience is an advantage.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience tracking customer objectives and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Support, Deployment, Product, and Sales.
  • Experience working with Cyber Security Stakeholders.
  • Full proficiency in English is a must.
  • Ability to travel (25%).
