Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Guidewheel, you will play a critical role in launching and supporting customers in North America to drive usage and value from Guidewheel's technology.

In Short

  • Responsible for the onboarding and support of customers.
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication in a remote environment.
  • Manage a book of 40-60 clients located in North America.
  • Drive value through product adoption and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical account managers.
  • Become an industry expert in FactoryOps.
  • Define and optimize the customer journey.
  • Represent the voice of the customer.
  • Lead virtual and in-person trainings.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for customers.

Requirements

  • Direct SaaS Customer Success experience.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing high-level customers.
  • Experience in building a successful Customer Success engine.
  • Strong understanding of speed as a competitive advantage.
  • Results-driven and organized.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer obsessed and constantly seeking improvement.
  • Team builder and collaborator.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations is a plus.
