Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Technical degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Full stack development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD and test-driven methodologies.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.
• Familiarity with design thinking tools is a plus.
