This position involves overseeing litigation and enforcement of worker protection laws, with a focus on low-wage workers, while managing a team of attorneys.

• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Requirements

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• One year of legal experience post-admission or six months as an Agency Attorney Intern.
• Experience in labor law related areas for higher assignment levels.
• Must maintain good standing with the New York State Bar.
