Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee division procurements, budgeting, and invoicing to support the agency's financial empowerment projects and programs, focusing on improving the financial health of New Yorkers.

In Short

• Manage projects related to financial management and contract management.
• Act as a strategic partner with OFE staff.
• Supervise the Operations Coordinator.
• Develop and implement internal systems and policies.
• Liaise with contractors for compliance.

• Provide updates to the Director of Operations.
• Draft and edit various materials.
• Implement and manage special projects as needed.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in program evaluation, contract negotiations, fiscal management, or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience in drafting and proofreading documents.
