The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Manager to lead the Recruitment and On-Boarding team, focusing on building a diverse workforce and promoting equitable hiring practices.

• Lead and manage the Recruitment and On-Boarding Unit.
• Act as the Agency’s representative at job fairs and hiring events.
• Build outreach partnerships with schools and community organizations.

• Oversee the Agency’s LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
• Provide support and updates to hiring managers.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and program goals.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and three years of administrative experience.
• Associate degree or 60 semester credits with four years of experience.
• High school diploma with five years of administrative experience.
• One year of supervisory experience in administrative capacity.
