Overview

The Manager, Human Capital Management Systems provides leadership and management for the development and optimization of the Network’s Human Capital Management Technologies, ensuring efficient operations to meet business needs.

In Short

• Leads the HCMS Team managing operations of Human Capital Management Systems.
• Partners with Director, HCMS on HR Technology and Services Strategic Roadmap.
• Fosters relationships with HR, Payroll, and IT constituents.
• Prioritizes projects based on customer needs.
• Builds a strong functional HR technology team through training and coaching.
• Provides daily management and leadership of the HCMS team.
• Develops and executes staff development plans for HCMS Analysts.
• Collaborates on system development methodologies.
• Ensures consistent methodology adherence by team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Five or more years of management experience in HCMS technology implementation.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Demonstrated HR functional knowledge in multiple disciplines.
