Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field; MBA, CFA, or actuarial qualification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management or related field.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance markets and capital management.
• Advanced analytical skills, including risk modeling and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory capital requirements and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Ability to interface with people at all levels across the organization.
