Overview

The Correspondence Manager will work to establish an effective system to manage the coordination of and response to correspondence, ensuring timely and informative responses to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in administrative, managerial, or supervisory roles.
  • Strong decision-making and program management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive issues.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in drafting reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
