The Sales Operations Manager at Splunk will play a crucial role in managing the sales forecasting process, optimizing sales operations, and collaborating across various teams to enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.

  • Own end-to-end management of the sales forecasting process.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and forecast accuracy.
  • Support Annual Planning including territory design and quota setting.
  • Establish strong operating cadence for the sales organization.
  • Streamline the sales process to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on GTM Strategy and decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or Business Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Requirements

  • High proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI Tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
