Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

In Short

• Draft, review, and maintain foundational documents for products and services.
• Act as a key point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams.
• Support privacy program compliance, including maintaining GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and engineering to achieve SOC2 Type II compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and adapt governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program.
• Build scalable legal processes and resources.
• Help Circle take on new challenges in a compliant way.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in tech/SaaS.
• Strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• Proficient in English at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
