• Own and scale customer referral, affiliate, and rev-share program.
• Modernize and accelerate growth for predictable customer acquisition.
• Build a holistic affiliate and referral marketing strategy.
• Manage relationships with affiliates and improve their referral strategies.
• Analyze performance and launch campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Proven track record in growing affiliate and referral programs.
• Passion for affiliate marketing and data analysis.
• Work fully remotely from anywhere in the world.

Requirements

• Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2).
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Organized and proactive with attention to detail.
• Passionate about affiliate marketing.
• Data analysis skills and ability to derive insights.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription models is a plus.
• Background in the creator space is a bonus.
• Experience using PartnerStack is a plus.
