Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in marketing operations.
• Proven experience managing global or multi-region campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate cross-functionally.
