In Short

• Take strategic and operational responsibility for our online marketing strategy for lead generation.
• Manage performance campaigns over Meta Ads, Native Ads, and Paid Social channels.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance through data-driven analysis and systematic testing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing creatives.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and translate new knowledge into actionable optimizations.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation.
• Deep experience with Meta Ads and Native Ads platforms.
• Experience in creative process management for maximum performance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• High motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
• Desire to work in a purpose-driven team with entrepreneurial spirit.
