The Customer Success Team Specialist (CST) is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote growth, retention, and loyalty, while engaging with customers to drive satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales roles, preferably in technology or medical tech.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Confident and able to handle rejection.
  • Structured and organized in approach.
  • Outgoing with a professional presence.
  • Able to interact with all levels of the organization.
