Overview

The Technical Support Specialist will provide remote and onsite technical software support for Circle’s imaging products to customers throughout the EMEA region, focusing on solving customer problems and facilitating optimal workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in support roles, preferably in medical imaging.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Understanding of Windows, Mac, and server support.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
  • Experience with DICOM, PACS, and HL7.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Experience in enterprise software systems.
  • Self-directed working style.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills.
