Overview

As an Account Manager at Cin7, you will drive growth revenue for current customers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, focusing on customer success and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Educate prospects and customers on product value

  • Manage renewals for ARR contract customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Ability to build relationships with clients
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach
  • Strong negotiation and value-based selling skills
  • History of quota achievement
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
