Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities and is an expert resource for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate management.

In Short

• Handle complex recruitment and scheduling processes with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the offer process and coordinate background checks.
• Provide administrative support to Recruiters.
• Draft and post positions in ATS.
• Create and implement recruitment marketing plans.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the talent acquisition cycle.
• Document process changes and provide best practices.
• Track and report on vendor performance.
• Support executive level positions and work independently.
• Work remotely aligned to EST shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a business or office environment.
• Experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition preferred.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts and procedures.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Basic analytical skills for data assessment and presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
