Overview

The Brand Strategy Director will develop and lead client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions that enable direct clients and our client teams to drive direct hiring, enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the client’s employer brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Extensive experience in employer branding and marketing.
• Marketing agency or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong client management and service delivery skills.
• Previous P&L management experience preferred.
• Digitally savvy with excellent people management skills.
• Experience in data-driven marketing insights.
