Integrations Support Lead - Remote

Overview

The Integrations Support Lead will manage integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance the stability of integrations in a manufacturing environment.

• Collaborate with the Production Support Team to address integration issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Dell Boomi.
• Familiarity with platforms like JDE, Blue Yonder, MS SQL, Oracle.
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
