Overview

As an Account Manager at Ciellos, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
