Senior Java Engineer (DeFi Project) - Remote

Overview

Resolv Labs is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to build the core infrastructure for the USR delta-neutral stablecoin and RLP liquidity pool, focusing on financial models, blockchain, and engineering systems.

In Short

• Design and scale delta-neutral financial infrastructure.
• Build systems for automated hedging and risk management.
• Integrate price feeds, exchange, and DeFi data sources.
• Develop accounting logic, reconciliation, and financial transparency.
• Build backend systems for liquidity pool and order management.
• Integrate with traditional financial systems and blockchain networks.
• Optimize trading strategies and execution logic.
• Establish engineering infrastructure and processes for scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience, ideally in financial systems.
• Strong proficiency in modern Java or other JVM languages.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• Understanding of financial modeling and risk management.
• Solid grasp of architecture, code standards, CI/CD, and testing.
• Understanding of blockchain and DeFi primitives.
• High level of initiative and ownership.
• Startup experience is a plus.
