On-Chain Security Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an On-Chain Security Specialist to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security framework spanning from smart contracts and custody systems to exchange infrastructure and internal processes. This role is critical for protecting digital assets and ensuring the operational resilience of our strategies.

In Short

• Evaluate DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and tokens before investment.
• Identify vulnerabilities, track on-chain exploits, and monitor new attack vectors.
• Configure and manage Fireblocks, Fordefi, and other custody solutions.
• Manage access to CEX accounts, API keys, 2FA, and whitelist settings.
• Investigate and mitigate on-chain incidents; develop security playbooks.
• Establish and maintain security policies and best practices across the organization.
• Work in a global digital asset fund managing real capital.
• Take ownership of security architecture and strategic protection of assets.
• Collaborate with a senior team of engineers, traders, and researchers.
• Enjoy a remote-first culture, flexible schedule, and international exposure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure security.
• Strong understanding of network security, PKI, IAM, SOC operations, and incident response.
• Familiarity with blockchain and DeFi ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.).
• Ability to analyze smart contract code and audit reports.
• Hands-on experience with custody solutions (Fireblocks, Fordefi).
• English: Intermediate+ (professional working proficiency).
