Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 14+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years leading teams or projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with military aircraft programs preferred.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with Statement of Work from defense contracts.
• Customer communication experience.
