Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Salesforce plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the maximum value from the Signature Success Plan, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout their journey.

In Short

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for customer success.
  • Develop deep relationships with customer teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and ensure the completion of Signature Success services.
  • Provide proactive guidance on Salesforce features.
  • Act as an advisor for the adoption of new Salesforce features.
  • Communicate the value of Signature Success to ensure renewals.
  • Advocate for customers during issue resolution.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
  • Must possess US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Office-flexible role with an expectation of in-office work 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success or related fields.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • 4+ years in management consulting services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Technical skills in Linux, Windows Server, and Tableau.
  • Consulting background preferred.
